easy access to great parks and local eateries nearby
During my stay, I loved that Gravity Heights was just a few steps away for a quick bite, and I really enjoyed walking through the nearby parks that offered lovely views. the room I stayed in was a spacious one-bedroom king suite with a fully equipped kitchen, making it perfect for leisurely mornings before heading out to explore the city. this hotel is perfect for any couple wanting a weekend getaway, with great amenities to make your stay more comfortable, but the hotel could improve on maintaining some facilities, as I noticed minor wear and tear in public areas.

Family with children great spot for a fun time
The Hyatt House we stayed at was a solid choice. First, the staff was like family.! Only thing they were missing was more than one person on the check-in counter, and that slowed things down a bit but whatever. The pool was perfect, just right temperature for a hot day, and my daughter had a blast splashing around.

We hit the nearby beaches for snorkeling and windsurfing, perfect for water lovers. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast spread was great with an omelet bar and the rooms were comfy and clean. Definitely a solid spot for a fun getaway.
We did have a hiccup with housekeeping. We asked for our room to be cleaned during the day but ended up getting interrupted when the cleaners showed up while the kids were napping.

I enjoyed the clean rooms and the breakfast was good too. The location had easy access to great attractions, which was perfect for my interest in exploring. I noticed that the hotel had a pool, but I found it too cold. The friendly workers compensated for this a bit.
I was not happy with the high happy hour prices and had issues with the dryers not working properly.

We just had a fabulous two-night stay in a one-bedroom suite with a full kitchen, which was perfect for our family. The kids loved splashing around in the cozy pool, while we enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit after dinner. Just a heads up, parking costs a bit, so plan for that if you're driving! 😊

The kitchenette in the One-Bedroom King Suite with Accessible Tub makes it super convenient for preparing meals, especially during longer stays. Free parking is a real bonus in the area, and the outdoor fire pit offers a nice spot to unwind after a long day.
Housekeeping services seem to miss the mark. during my stay, we went four days without service, leading to a buildup of trash and a shortage of towels. The supposed hot tub appears to be gone, which was a letdown, and the on-site store has a rather limited selection of snacks and essentials. Additionally, the noise levels were quite noticeable, particularly at night, with footsteps echoing from the room above. It's a bit frustrating when you're looking for a peaceful retreat.
